Winter Snow: The story of our manufacturing process begins with the first flakes of snow that dust the majestic Wasatch, Sawtooth and Unintah mountains located in Northern Utah. On average approximately 500 inches of snow fall on the mountain ranges surrounding the Great Salt Lake every year.

Spring Runoff: As winter fades the waters from the melting snow wash over the pristine mountains, drawing minerals and trace elements from the rocks and soil, before racing down mountain streams and rivers to gather in the Great Salt Lake. The Great Salt Lake is 75 miles long and 30 miles wide and is the oldest inland sea in the world. As the lake has no outlets, minerals eroded from the surrounding mountains over billions of years have collected in such vast quantities, it's waters are six to ten times more minerally concentrated than ordinary seawater.

Summer Sun: Before the summer heat starts water is diverted from the Great Salt Lake itself into special evaporation ponds along its northern shore. Here under Utah's scorching summer sun, the water evaporates leaving behind the concentrated minerals and trace elements, which are then harvested - not as single minerals but in liquid ionic form to maintain the full spectrum of perfectly balanced minerals.

It takes on average two years for the minerals and trace elements that go to make Micromins (our foundation liquid mineral formula and the most bio-available, broad-spectrum, liquid mineral solution in the world) to reach the right balance and consistency.

During this time each batch is routinely tested for purity and concentration. Once harvested, 99% of the salt and all heavy metals are removed before further testing by both in-house and independent laboratories to ensure a safe, standardized product.

Extensive Research
NutriPLUS carefully formulates each supplement to reflect the most current scientific research concerning minerals, vitamins, herbs, oils and enzymes. We analyze the synergistic and antagonistic properties of each ingredient (mineral-mineral, vitamin-mineral, herb-mineral, etc) determining how these ingredients will, firstly, interact with one another once they are combined and, secondly, how this synergy will enhance the overall potency of the product.

Precise Manufacturing
During the mixing process of our supplements, ingredients are combined in carefully measured stages in baths of ionic, soluble minerals and trace minerals. This process allows the ionic minerals to fully saturate the vitamins, herbs and enzymes at a molecular level (most manufacturers combine multiple ingredients in a dry mix). When nutrients are mixed together in this careful and deliberate process, it allows for greater bonding among the ingredients thereby enhancing the synergy and effectiveness of the finished supplement.

After three days of saturation in baths of ionic minerals each batch of ingredients are extracted by 'cold pressing' and special 'slow drying' processes to ensure key enzymes are not destroyed or harmed in any way.
